Views

Look at the same records as a table, a kanban board or a calendar.

A view is a saved way of looking at the records of one object. Views never change the data; they change what you see.

View types

TypeBest for
TableScanning and editing many records at once
KanbanMoving records through stages, such as deals in a pipeline
CalendarRecords with a date, such as tasks or meetings

What a view remembers

  • Filters: show only the records that match, for example Stage is Proposal.
  • Sorts: order records by any field.
  • Visible fields: choose and reorder the columns or card fields.
  • Grouping (kanban): the select field that defines the columns.

Shared and personal views

Every object starts with an All view. Create more from the view menu at the top of the list. Views are shared with your workspace, so a well-named view ("My open deals", "Renewals this quarter") helps the whole team.

Use Ctrl + K to jump to any record or view by name.
