Assistant
Ask questions about your data in plain language: Which deals above $10k have been stalled for 15 days? The assistant searches your records, summarizes what it finds and links to the records it used.
Agents
Agents carry out multi-step tasks:
- Enrich records with data from external sources
- Draft follow-up emails
- Flag deals at risk in the pipeline
- Route incoming requests to the right team
Agents run inside workflows, so you can combine them with conditions, API calls and approvals.
Human approval
Nothing changes without a person
When an agent proposes a change to your data, Solid shows it as a proposal with Approve and Edit. The change happens only after someone approves it.
Permissions
AI follows your permission model. An agent can only read and change the objects and fields its user or role has access to, so sensitive data stays protected.
